BeachLife Festival featured Incubus, DEVO, Local Natives, Santigold, Grace McKagan, and more!

 

BeachLife Festival hosted a three-day music festival in Redondo Beach, California with live performances by various artists such as Incubus, DEVO, Local Natives, Santigold, Grace McKagan, and more! BeachLife featured an array of food and beverage options for food lovers. Audience members enjoyed interactive experiences from beer gardens, photobooths, and games. The festival offered a family friendly atmosphere suitable for parents with children. The festival also offered activities and entertainment for adults looking for a weekend getaway or night-out with friends. Many concert-goers stayed and enjoyed the festival from neighboring hotels in Redondo Beach. GRACE MCKAGAN

Los Angeles singer-songerwriter, Grace McKagan, performed in the early afternoon at BeachLife festival. She’s been a music lover and performer since an early age. She kicked off her musical career in her teens with her band, the Pink Slips. She writes her own songs and performs them live along with cover songs. Along with her sensational music, she displays an incredible fashion sense, wearing flowy sheer coquette dresses on stage. SANTIGOLD

Indie sensation, Santigold, performed at the festival which made concert-goers ecstatic. The beachy Reggae vibes were the perfect backdrop for the festival’s theme. Santigold’s band all dressed in white attire and performed synchronized dance moves throughout each song. To the audience’s delight, Santigold performed her innovative tracks such as ‘Disparate Youth,’ ‘L.E.S. Artistes,’ ‘Lights Out’, and more! Santigold’s live performance was captivating, fun, and left the audience wanting to see more. For the encore, she welcomed audience members on stage to dance and groove along for the show’s finale. LOCAL NATIVES

Los Angeles musicians, Local Natives, performed in the early afternoon at BeachLife Festival at the main stage. Their stage presence was larger than ever with their large roaring guitar riffs and broad vocals. They debuted songs from their latest album release, ‘But I'll Wait for You,' which was released on April 19th. The group also performed popular tracks such as ‘When Am I Gonna Lose You,’ ‘You & I,’ 'Who Knows Who Cares,’ and more! They collaborated on their live performance of the track ‘Dark Days,’ with singer, Jordana. The band expressed their gratitude to be performing in Southern California and shared that they were Orange County natives when they first began their band. They will be embarking on their Fall 2024 in August. They will be performing at the Hollywood Bowl on August 25th. DEVO

Art Rock group, DEVO, performed during the beautiful sunset resting over Redondo Beach at BeachLife Festival. DEVO fans adorned their DEVO gear from t-shirts, hats, pins, and more! Before the band’s performance, they performed an artistic musical reel and a funny video highlight from the 1980s to hype the audience for their upcoming show. The band members walked upon the stage in their black jumpsuits and stood by their musical gear. They enticed the audience with their hand gestures and threw band merchandise to the audience such as DEVO hats and guitar picks which concertgoers quickly grabbed.

DEVO performed an array of songs from ‘Whip It,’ ‘Girl U Want,’ ‘I Can’t Go No Satisfaction’, and more! They performed a lengthy set of songs from their discography. During the weekend at BeachLife, DEVO band member, Mark Mothersbaugh, autographed books for fans. INCUBUS

Incubus was one of the main headliners of BeachLife Festival. Lead singer, Brandon Boyd’s vocals were powerful and loud as he sang deeply for each song. Incubus’ live performance overpowered the festival grounds and reached distances outside the festival. The audience sang along to performances of ‘Pardon Me,’ ‘Nice to Know You,’ ‘Wish You Were Here,’ and more! They welcomed bassist and singer, Nicole Row, as part of their band and she will be performing with Incubus on their upcoming tour.

Row was part of their latest album re-release/re-cording, ‘Morning View XXIII’ which was released on May 10, 2024 and originally released on October 23, 2001.
