Mom + Pop Records, the label behind some of this decade’s (and last decade’s) best indie rock artists, celebrated their 10th anniversary Monday night at Brooklyn Steel. Veterans and friends of label, Courtney Barnett, Sleigh Bells, Tom Morello, Neon Indian, and newcomers Sunflower Bean and Alice Merton played the anniversary show, and Flume headlined the after-party.

The New York City based label has a diverse roster; they really cover their bases in the realm of alternative music. Some well-known artists on Mom + Pop’s roster are Andrew Bird, Hinds, Fidlar, and Jagwar Ma. Thanks for all the great music, and happy birthday Mom + Pop!
