Bandalos Chinos Light Up Miami Beach Bandshell Despite the Rain

BANDALOS CHINOS

The Argentine indie band Bandalos Chinos are known for their sleek synth-pop sound and catchy melodies that light up any crowd. The group — Gregorio Degano (vocals and synthesizers), Salvador Colombo (synthesizers), Tomás Verduga (guitar and backing vocals), Matías Verduga (drums), Iñaki Colombo (guitars and synthesizers), and Nicolás Rodríguez del Pozo (bass) — have built a unique sound that’s taken them from local stages to major venues like Estadio Luna Park, which they sold out in 2022. Their success has also earned them nominations at the Latin Grammy Awards.

Their U.S. 2025 tour kicked off at the Miami Beach Bandshell on September 18 with an unforgettable show. Despite heavy rain throughout the night, Bandalos Chinos pushed through with great energy, turning a stormy evening into a celebration. Fans crowded under the shelter, singing along to favorites like “Departamento” and “Vámonos de Viaje,” as well as classics like “Una Señal” and “Cállame.” The weather almost added to the experience, creating a lively, spontaneous atmosphere that brought everyone closer together.

SAM E

Sam E., a songwriter and performer from Argentina who began his career in the band Hijos de Padres, performed solo with just a guitar and microphone. His songs, including “Algún Lugar” and “Ya Me Cansé,” carried a sincere and emotional tone. At one point, he paused to thank his fans and family in the crowd — a touching moment that showed his genuine gratitude.

Despite the rain, the night felt full of energy and connection. Bandalos Chinos proved why they continue to be one of Latin America’s most exciting and loved.
