Nonpoint with Butcher Babies on the “Kings & Queens” North America Tour
As the Kings of the night mention on their story.. . “South Florida born.. Midwest hardened.. World Travelled.. Musically driven.. Powered by will.. Fan supported.. Crowd lifted.. Message deliberate.. Words of rescue.. Heart of fire..” and I couldn’t have worded it better. This is Nonpoint ladies and gents and we caught them on tour at Starland Ballroom. A band that emerged as part of the cultural wave of aggressive-streetwise-metal-mixed with melodic force and unapologetic passion, Nonpoint has inspired a lot of the newer generations and they are still not done.
“Not everybody wants to go see a shrink and not everybody wants to sit around and wallow,” Elias Soriano observes. “Our music can be therapy. It is what helps someone get through something. I attest all of our success to keeping three things important: the music, the show, and the fans”.
Time for the Queens .. Butcher Babies !!! For nearly a decade, Butcher Babies have been crushing stages worldwide with their vicious live performance and explosive energy. Their stage presence is a hypnotic spectacle that leaves audiences hungry for more. Frontwomen Heidi Shepherd and Carla Harvey, guitarist Henry Flury, bassist Jason Klein and drummer Chase Brickenden juxtapose brutal, aggressive riffs with beautiful melodies that wail with emotional redemption.
Their show was ecstatic and they were certainly the Queens of the night!
