As the Crow Flies Take Flight at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas

Former Black Crowes lead singer, Chris Robinson is the front man for the newly formed band "As the Crow Flies", along with former Crowes guitarist Audley Freed, bassist Andy Hess, and keyboardist Adam McDougall.  Their Las Vegas show at the Brooklyn Bowl on May 8th drew a rockin crowd.

They played some classic hits from the Black Crowes, which included Remedy, Jealous Again and Hard to Handle.  With limited tour dates, these will be their only shows.  They are not going into the studio.  This tour is just a celebration of some classic music with some old friends and band mates mixed with a younger upcoming guitarist, Marcus King.

Although King is a generation or two removed from the others, he was inspired and influenced by the same music as the seasoned members, so it was a good fit.  It was an awesome performance!  And who knows, maybe they will get together for another tour.  If so, they are not to be missed!
