This isn’t Julian Casablancas’ only music outlet, he owns his own independent record label and store, Cult Records, featuring The Voidz! Also, in between managing a record label and touring with his group, Julian Casablancas continues to tour with The Strokes, which created the foundation of his music endeavors. Exploration is key for The Voidz which is embarked on through innovative mediums. The Voidz’ creativity ranges from multi-colored cinema, foreign instruments and subliminal imagery in their songs, and retro-inspired merchandise.

Lil Baby’s The New Generation Tour

Lil Baby is an Atlanta rapper signed to Motown records. In 2016, he released his first mixtape, Perfect Timing, which featured big name rappers Young Thug and Lil Yachty. He went on to release another two mixtapes before releasing Too Hard in December of 2017. This was the mixtape that gave the rapper his big break, and he has not looked back since it’s big release.

Made up by Jon Foreman as lead vocals, Tim Foreman on bass guitar and backing vocals, Jerome Fontamillas and Drew Shirley on guitar and Chad Butler on drums. Walk the Moon Plays Sold Out Show at the Orlando House of Blues

Currently on their Press Restart Tour, Walk the Moon attracted a massive crowd for their sold out, Monday night show at the Orlando House of Blues. Although doors did not open until 7 pm, the earliest fans arrived at 8 am to ensure a place on the barricade. By 6 pm, the line wrapped all the way around the building. The passionate fans were easy to spot from far away. Yes, they were the ones at the front of the line chatting excitedly with others, but they’re also the ones who had carefully painted faces with stripes, dots, and other patterns. This display of support for the band was bigger than just wearing merch, it was a way for each fan to express their individuality while simultaneously showing their support for the band.

Walk The Moon has performed at the venue before but this time the venue was sold out. In 2006, lead singer, Nicholas Petricca, created Walk The Moon, deriving their name from the Police’s song “Walking on the Moon.” In 2011, the band added Eli Maiman, completing their current roster. They went on to write chart topping singles such as “Shut Up and Dance,” “Kamikaze,” and “One Foot.” They also contributed to the new Ghostbusters movie with a rendition of the beloved title track.
