Young the Giant's Orange County concert at Pacific Amphitheatre during their 'In The Open' tour
Young the Giant are currently on their ‘In The Open’ Tour with Cassandra Coleman. The artists are touring North America through October 2025. Young the Giant performed at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, California with Folk Rock group, Wilderado.
Throughout their musical journey, Young the Giant performed many Orange County venues such as Verizon Wireless, Irvine Meadows, Five Points Amphitheatre, and more. During their Orange County show, the group performed brand new songs such as ‘Evergreen’ and ‘Bitter Fruit,’ and two deep cut tracks. Lead singer, Sameer Gadhia, shared themes and inspirational messages throughout the concert. He shared a theme such as ‘the ability to fail.’ Gadhia commented their favorite shows are when everything is going wrong, and knowing getting off stage, they gave their all.
Young the Giant has been writing music and touring for fifteen years. The group formed in Irvine, California, and this concert was a hometown show in Orange County. Lead singer, Sameer Gadhia shared that he wanted the audience to feel at home during their concerts and then the group performed the track, ‘Walk On Home.’
He shared that they wrote their first album while living in Newport Beach, California. The group was having fun and had no expectations for their first album. They released their album in their early twenties, and he shared that fans were initially surprised by the album. Gadhia shared that when you put something out with intention and focus that you will find your calling, and then the group performed ‘Mind Over Matter.’ He thanked the audience for allowing the group to change and grow throughout the years as they experimented with various genres.
