With down-to-earth videos and vivid lyrics, New Jerseys' The Front Bottoms capture their listeners with true to life music videos and reflective songs. The youthful Folk Punk group enamored audiences at The Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia.
Young The Giant jumped from under the radar by abandoning their expected thematic sound by melting a slightly chaotic variety of tempos and melodies. They have created an exquisite range of sound; from the recognizable indie rock-in-roll persona to more electronically edge based jams that will definitely leave intoxication into the halls of audience’s eardrums.
Fast forward to present day where Louis Prima Jr. & The Witnesses shows are a mix of energy, fun, and most of all, great music! You will get a mix of old standards made famous by his father done with a bit of a modern flair which were captured in Louis Prima Jr.’s first release, “Return Of The Wildest”. You will also get newer songs from their second release entitled “BLOW”.
Snakehips consists of two fine British blokes; Oliver Lee and James Carter. They’ve been around for a number of years now and seemingly have found their big breaks this past year or two as they’ve collaborated with artists like Chance the Rapper, MØ, ZAYN, and many more big names.
Bleachers’ Gone Now, released on June 2nd, is an energetic and stupendous effort from Antonoff’s band, blending powerful messages with lyrics that beg to be screamed, dynamism, and top-quality pop music. And this translated beautifully onstage.
The group played a well known venue in the Dayton, Ohio area. The crowd sang their hearts out with the band, while lighting up the room with their cell phone flashlights.
When you think of ska in Denver, you always think of The Dendrites. With a lineup that fills the stage, to energy that is palpable, The Dendrites always bring the party. November brought the release of a new album from The Dendrites, and in support of this album they threw a huge party at Denver's 3 Kings Tavern.
Rarely am I as happy to see two bands share the stage as I was for this line up. With singer/songwriter Jake La Botz, hailing from Nashville, TN and Low Cut Connie all the way from Philadelphia, PA, Denver opened their arms with a sold out show at The Hi-Dive. A diverse crowd, all coming together for the love of music, dancing, and laughter, the night couldn't have been better.
Canadian folk-rock band the Strumbellas packed Terminal West from floor to ceiling. The band comprises of Simon Ward on vocals and guitar, David Ritter on vocals and keys, Jon Hembrey on lead guitar, Isabel Ritchie on violin, Darryl James on bass guitar, and Jeremy Drury on drums. The sextet formed in 2008, and has since completed three albums and several worldwide tours.

J-Dog, Funny Man, Johnny 3 Tears, Charlie Scene and Danny all make up the band Hollywood Undead, currently. All of the band members use pseudonyms and wear their own unique mask, most of which are based on the common hockey goaltender designs. Hollywood Undead is a rap/rock mix band formed in 2005 in Los Angeles, California.
Foster The People took the stage Tuesday night at Houston’s House of Blues shortly following a rugged, garage-rock-grunge performance by opening act, Cherry Glazerr. Venturing down the road to be with those who missed their set a few days prior at Austin City Limits (or those simply wanting a second dose), the group came out strong with a hearty performance of Pay the Man off their new album Sacred Hearts Club and followed it shortly with Helena Beat, a tune from their 2011 album Torches.
