USIBA Nationals 2018 ; When Life Gets Tough, Put on your Boxing Gloves

This year the United States Intercollegiate Boxing Nationals (USIBA) were hosted at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. It was an intense 3-day event with lots of fights, awards for the best boxers, trophies and, of course, plenty of championship belts.

The Illini Boxing Club (IBC) was formed in 2013 by two passionate students and amateur boxers and started with less than 15 active members on its inaugural year. Today IBC numbers over 150, from beginner boxers to assistant coaches with more than 30 of them getting ready to fight for the belts in front of what is expected to be a fiery home crowd.
