Hard Luck Story, Reno Divorce

Denver locals, Reno Divorce, are about to head on a huge European tour, and also have some great surprises in the works. We were able to meet up with the group following their second to last show before leaving. We chatted with the group at their show at Goosetown Tavern in Denver, Colorado on Friday July 7th. We discussed their upcoming tour, and what else they have planned.

The July 7th show at Goosetown tavern featured Reno Divorce tearing up the stage, as always, to a full house of adoring fans. With lyrics sung by Brent Loveday that reach out and draw you in, to rhythms that make you want to dance, fueled by Jason LaBella on the drums and with the bass mastery of Tim Jadowski, Reno Divorce never fails to deliver a show you can’t forget.

Reno Divorce is getting ready to head on a grueling 24 dates spanning the breadth of Europe, and upon their return, a Western US tour, bringing them home in mid September. Not only do they have these amazing dates coming up, but Brent Loveday, the front man of Reno Divorce, confirms that they are currently in the studio recording for an upcoming album. While no release date is currently available, the band is very excited about what is happening, and can’t wait to share it when its ready. In addition to recording, a music video, associated with the new record, is currently in the works as well. Reno Divorce has been making amazing music for many years, with Denver’s prestigious Westword magazine has voted Reno Divorce the best punk band in Denver 2011-2013, and their fans hope to keep them in that position in the upcoming years.
