A Night of Rock and Soul with The Revivalists

The Revivalists are an eight piece American rock band formed in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2007. They have garnered major media attention for their “creative, compelling blend of musical brilliance, talent, and heart.

GHOST OF PAUL REVERE

The night started with the opening act American Folk Band - Ghost of Paul Revere. They gave an enjoyable and lively performance that entertained the crowd and warmed them up for the main attraction The Revivalists.

The Revivalists came on stage with high energy and feel good vibes. Performing to a packed venue, they kicked off their night with their chart topping hit, “All My Friends”, a euphoric song that got the crowd off their feet.

Lead Singer, David Shaw, was energetic and engaging on stage and knew how to get the crowd involved. He called out to the crowd, asking if they were in the present moment, right here, right now, letting go, and enjoying the night was all that mattered. The band launched into their epic song “You and I” with the crowd raising their hands, and singing along.

The Revivalists enjoyed the performance as much as the fans did. The eight-piece band jumped, danced, interacted with fans, and performed on multiple musical instruments. Halfway through the concert, they surprised a young girl named Emma, unexpectedly bringing her up on stage. Shy at first, Emma wasn't long overcoming her fear and enjoying her moment with the band.

Saving the best for last, as an encore they played their popular song, “Wish I Knew You”,  a song that propelled The Revivalist to fame, almost overnight after 10 years of grafting. It is a nostalgic song that everyone can find meaning in. They finished with one more song and that was the end of a truly great concert.

The Revivalist brought Rock & Soul to Boston with their epic sound and fun energy.  The audience enjoyed every minute of their feel good and lively performance and everyone left a little bit happier for it.

It was an unforgettable experience, a night living in the present moment and enjoying great music.
