Air Supply brought the love for live music to Orange County

Australian Rock group, Air Supply, made their return at the City National Grove of Anaheim in Anaheim, California where fans flocked from all over Southern California to experience their live music performance. The audience sang out loud to the group’s entire live set to songs such as :Lost in Love,” “Making Love Out of Nothing at All” and more! With their cell phones in hand the audience was captivated as they attempted to capture every moment from the show. A theatre styled concert, Air Supply founding members, Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock recounted stories from their past and shared the intimate details of their musical journey with the audience. Also, highlighting California’s local talent, the band featured musicians from Los Angeles and Orange County, who performed alongside the duo.

Along with Air Supply’s popular songs, singer-songwriter, Graham Russell shared new music he recorded during the pandemic, he sang the debut song solo with his acoustic guitar. The artists also discussed how they first met during their work on Jesus Christ Superstar’s production. Their early shows were in intimate small venues, coffee shops, and local bars before they reached their international fame and success. Graham also recited poetry to the audience that reminded him of his early days in elementary school and school crushes. The group promoted love with their romantic love songs and shared musical memories. They enticed the audience with harder rock songs along with guitar and drum solos.

Air Supply performed one last encore, and to the audience’s anticipation, they ended the show with their chart-topping track, “All Out of Love,” and the audience stood and sang along in delight. The group have influenced musicians throughout the world with their captivating melodic music.
