It's about About Time! Cincinnati Youtuber and singer-songwriter, The Farewell Friend, releases debut EP
Sam Tabor also know as the “The Farewell Friend” is a Youtuber, skateboarder, and singer-songwriter from Cincinnati, Ohio. If you’re a fan of This Wild Life, City and Colour, and The Early November, then you will enjoy “The Farewell Friend.”
Sam Tabor has been writing and playing music since he was nine years old. As of right now, he considers himself to be a solo artist, but would eventually like to have a full band for live shows, although he isn’t opposed to playing acoustic shows. The Farewell Friend released his first five track EP in December 2018. The EP is titled “About Time.”
The story behind the name “About Time” comes from the fact that Sam has had all of these songs in his head for a couple years, songs that he has been wanting to get out in the open, and he finally sat down to write and record them for the world to listen to.
The Farewell Friend has intentions of putting out a full length album soon. He has also released a music video for one of the songs featured on his EP called “Inside.”
