Ludacris & Ying Yang Twins celebrate the love of Hip-Hop at the Pacific Amphitheatre

 

Atlanta artists, Ying-Yang Twins and Ludacris brought the East Coast to the West Coast during their performance at the Pacific Amphitheater in Costa Mesa, California. The event was hosted at the Orange County Fairgrounds on Thursday, August 7th. Music fans arrived early at the venue for the highly anticipated show. Ying Yang Twins are comprised of artists: Kaine and D-Roc and pioneered the music genre, ‘Crunk.’

The duo kicked off the show and enticed the audience with their Southern Hip-Hop music. The artists performed several fan favorites from their discography, ‘Thug Walkin,’ ‘U.S.A. (United State of Atlanta),’ and more. Concert-goers sank along to songs such as, ‘Whistle While You Twurk,’ while the artists twerked on stage. LUDACRIS

As the showtime drew near for Ludacris’ set, the venue was filled with his ‘Day 1’ music fans. The show began with a dance party hosted by DJ Infamous. A video montage of Ludacris’ interviews and movie clips introduced the artist and Ludacris stepped onto the stage with a background of audience cheer. Chris Bridges, known by his stage name, Ludacris, expressed his appreciation to his fans for supporting him throughout all his albums. He also shared his happiness to be in Costa Mesa.

Ludacris mentioned that he had a star featured on Hollywood Boulevard, which he was receiver his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on May 18, 2023. He performed the track, ‘Act a Fool,’ from his film role in ‘Fast and Furious 2.’ He continued the concert with live performances of his tracks, ‘What’s Your Fantasy,’ ‘Southern Hospitality,’ ‘Rollout (My Business),’ 'and ‘Stand Up.’ The audience celebrated their love of Hip Hop on a special musical night in Orange County.
