Peggy Sue's Diner

In a small town called Yermo California is a super fun and funky 50's themed diner called Peggy Sue's.  Built in 1954, it sets in the shadow of the Calico Mountains off Highway 15.  It was closed, refurbished and reopened in 1987 with attempts to preserve its original theme with movie and TV memorabilia, 50's music, jukeboxes and homemade food. You can also stroll through the "5 and Dime" and pick up a souvenir or sit at the counter and have an ice cream sundae. In addition to the diner and gift shop, there is a Pizza Parlor and a Dinosaur Park for the kids to enjoy, complete with turtles and even a pirate!  So on your road trip from Las Vegas to California, or visa versa, make sure you stop at this fun filled destination!
