Being OPTIMISTIC with X Ambassadors

The night began as the doors opened at 6:30 sharp, security stood at the door shouting out instructions to the anxious and impatiently waiting crowd. As security divided the crowd into two lines, the crowd started to get a bit antsy as they anticipated there turn in line. Once inside, the hunt of finding a great spot had begun. Your mind races as you think of getting the best seat in the house rushing and weaving in and out of the crowd. Moving swiftly between bodies, heading towards the pit as you attempt to push your way to the front of the stage.

Once you find the best location and settled in, and make a bit of conversation to the person next to you, the over head lights dim and the spotlight shines bright as the openers make their way to the stage. Then a woman with bright red hair says into the crowd, "How you doing out there, Fort Lauderdale?" The crowd cheers as a response to her question, then she smiles with beaming white teeth, pleased. She continues to talk to the audience, introduces the band as, LPX. Colorful lights begins to move across the venue, as guitar riffs and kicks from the drums starts to fill into the airwaves.

LPX has a collection of energetic performed songs, filled with quality and emotion, filled with a strong voice that fits well within the powerful punk production, leaving you wanting more. Bear Hands was the second band on the Orion tour, a pop indie rock band.  As the night continued, X Ambassadors finally appeared on stage ready to perform in front of the massive crowd. A warm fuzzy feeling of energy flew through the air, the venue was covered with excitement and loads of screaming fans, as they anticipate hearing their favorite songs. Signing with such passion with such heavy heart hitting lyrics, as lead vocalist Sam Harris belted out his emotions.

After X Ambassadors jammed out Recovery, the band members walked off stage while Sam remained with an acoustic guitar in hand. The remaining band members took their places upon the stage once again and jammed out as if they never left. The night ended with such euphoria running through your veins. Whether you attended the show with a friend and did not know who X Ambassadors were, you left feeling as if you listen to them all your life. You drove home blasting their music as they made a huge impact within the hour they played that night.
