STRFKR host the party of the year during their sold-out show at the Observatory Orange County

STRFKR returned to Orange County for a highly anticipated sold-out show. The group has been eager return to the stage after multiple attempts to kick-off their tour but was unfortunately delayed due to restrictions caused by the pandemic. The group remained connected to their devoted fans through social media platforms such as Instagram and their PATREON account. They shared rare and new music releases, artwork, and performed via livestream from their home studio. Despite the challenges, STRFKR kept engaged with their fanbase with digital media and continued to create and share their musical endeavors.

The Portland artists are currently on their national 2022 tour with artists: The Undercover Dream Lovers and Das Kope. STRKFKR began their Southern California tour on June 7th, performing a sold-out concert at the Observatory North Park in San Diego, California. The following date, June 8th, the group headlined another sold-out night at the Observatory Orange County in Santa Ana, California. The three groups will be performing multiple tour dates across the nation this Summer.

The Orange County audience was full of energy and ready to party as they crowded into the main hall of the Observatory. As the main stage was being prepared for STRFKR’s upcoming set, concertgoers chanted “STRFKR” to hype the crowd for the show. When the concert began, the band members walked to their music gear in their black monk-like attire and the lights remained dim. They picked up their musical instruments and began to perform tantalizing ambient music which projected in a high intensity. The electric sounds shook the room of the venue and the audience raised their arms in a uproar of joy.

STRFKR’s live musical performances are reminiscent of a college house party. Even in a large music venue, their concerts feel intimate as if you were enjoying the show from a front row view or a living room of a frat house. The DIY artists project the love and brilliance of their musical project through their dynamic and creative live shows. They bring a positive experience to music lovers of all ages by creating the ideal show in an environment that is fun and carefree. Despite any challenges the group faces, the band always persevere and make the best of any situation.

For example, during their concert years ago in Miami, Florida, the group performed in a warehouse in Downtown Miami, they experienced technical difficulties during their set in which the sound would shut off during song performances. However, this did not stop them from continuing to try to provide an unforgettable show to their fans, they kept performing and brought out an inflatable swan in which they swan dived into the crowd. STRFKR shows are a memorable and inspirational experience for music lovers and aspiring artists.
