Last year’s monumental performances by Girl Talk, The B-52’s, Modest Mouse, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, were more iconic performances in Beach Goth history. For La Luz, The Drums, The Voidz, and the classic duo Jonathan Richman & Tommy Larkin, this 7th Beach Goth was not their first.

The Growlers Six LA Waterfront Music Festival

The name may be new but the tradition is still very much alive. The Growlers have given us a sixth festival in a row despite all the setbacks. They’ve committed themselves to carrying on something that many fans look forward to come Halloween. Lineups often include punk throwbacks like The Adicts and The Dickies, old-school respected rap artists like GZA and Del the Funky Homosapien, and classic 90’s throwbacks like The Violet Femmes and TLC.
