Corona Capital Returns to Guadalajara for its' Second Edition

According to a study made by StubHub in 2018, Mexico rated number 5 in the list of countries where people are most likely to travel from other countries for a live event. This confirms that Mexico’s music festival scene has grown very fast in the past few years and has generated international interest. 

 After a successful debut, Corona Capital Guadalajara will return for a second edition on May 11, 2019. This festival is the one-day version of the Corona Capital held in Mexico City which has been going on for nine years and has gained a lot of popularity worldwide.  

 For its’ second edition, the festival offers a diverse lineup of 22 international bands ranging from indie rock to electronica. The Festival will be held at Explanada Estadio Akron.

Are You Dreaming of Dreamville Fest?

Dreamville is coming to Raleigh, North Carolina for their first ever festival this April. Lead by J. Cole, himself, Dreamville will take place on April 6th, 2019. The festival will be located in the heart of Raleigh’s most historical locations, Dorothea Dix Park. This festival is a way for J. Cole to give back to his home state that helped shape him into the artist he is today. Supporting local food, culture and music, Dreamville will also be adding some of the biggest national acts to the lineup.  Dreamville has stated that their goal is not only to make a cultural impact on the city itself but grow this festival into an annual thing.

This past Saturday held the 7th annual Summer Splash event which doubled as a tribute to Sublime’s loved, Bradley Nowell. The event took place at a very unique venue in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Shed is a pop up amphitheater that definitely gave you a very modern vibe along the train station. As the doors opened around 1:30pm the sun beamed a scorching 90 degrees.
