Switchfoot BRO-AM Beach Festival

With a knack for good music and a desire to give back, local San Diego rock musicians, Switchfoot, will once again hit the waves and stage on June 30, 2018 for the14th Annual BRO-AM Beach Fest. Drawing crowds of over 17,000 people and counting, the event will be held at Moonlight State Beach and feature attractions such as surfing contests and a plethora of different vendors lining the sand. Main draws will also include a top-notch set of live performances by Colony House, Sure Sure, and the winning band from the 91X Battle for the BRO-AM. Switchfoot themselves will even close out the afternoon with a scheduled set beginning at 3:35pm.

Atlas Genius brings 63 Days of Love to the mid-Atlantic

The mid-Atlantic region recently played host to Australian-bred, Los Angeles-based indie band Atlas Genius, who brought their infectious brand of synth-infused rock to Philadelphia and Washington DC as their extensive 63 Days of Love tour winds to a close. The band recently released a new single and accompanying video for the song “63 Days” and, fresh off an appearance on Conan O’Brien’s late night show, brought the promise of forthcoming new music with them.

Craft beer fans were refreshed with a wide selection of beers at the largest beer festival in South Florida, Grovetoberfest. The event took place on Saturday, October 15th at Key Biscayne, Florida. The tropical festival featured savory craft beers from local and national breweries.  It was hosted in the tranquil seaside location of the Miami Marine Stadium which overlooked Downtown Miami and the bay.
