Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival Is Back For 2020

Somewhere in Okeechobee county lies the wondrous 800-acres of land called the Sunshine Grove, home to Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival. After its 2019 hiatus following unforeseen circumstances, Insomniac has stepped in with a rebranding and the festival will be returning on March 5th to the 8th. The iconic four day camping festival has seen acts like the late Mac Miller, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Robert Plant, Snoop Dogg, Skrillex and many more since its 2016 inauguration.

Another smashing success for Riptide’s fourth year! Riptide took place on the sunny beaches of Fort Lauderdale; and returned to being a two-day event unlike the previous year. On the bill this year were artists such as The Killers, Jimmy Eat World, The 1975, Switchfoot, The Revivalists and many more. A mass of eager, excited concert-goers waited outside of the entrance gates looking through the schedule to see their favorite bands’ set time.

Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., today revealed the daily lineup for its 4th annual “Riptide Music Festival powered by Ford,” a RADIO.COM event. The grounds at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA were packed as thousands of fans poured in from across the country to celebrate 25 years of the iconic Vans Warped Tour.

Known as the largest and longest running traveling music festival in the United States, the tour has been a haven for pop-punk, rock, and hardcore fans alike since its formation back in 1995. And with everything from skate ramps and wrestling, to countless classic circle pits, the Vans Warped Tour has brought joy to many a hot summer day.

So, while saying goodbye to such an integral piece of punk-rock history was tough for many fans, the SoundBite Magazine team was honored to take part in celebrating 25 years of great music and capture memories that will last a lifetime.

This confirms that Mexico’s music festival scene has grown very fast in the past few years and has generated international interest.

After a successful debut, Corona Capital Guadalajara will return for a second edition on May 11, 2019. This festival is the one-day version of the Corona Capital held in Mexico City which has been going on for nine years and has gained a lot of popularity worldwide.

For its’ second edition, the festival offers a diverse lineup of 22 international bands ranging from indie rock to electronica. The Festival will be held at Explanada Estadio Akron.
